No compromise was made while purchasing building material, best quality Iron, pillar, rod etc was used. As the construction continued they faced scarcity of the fund, donations from Mr. Govinda Satyal, Namo Buddha Resort Pvt. Ltd. received was of great help. At the mean time, Mr. Rabindra Puri highly appreciate the initiation of the villagers, with his kind recommendation huge aid was received from Rotary club of Canada and he himself has funded huge amount for the School.

Mr.Rabindra Puri expressed his dissatisfaction in the model of the School instead he believed that school should be made in traditional style which will match the beauty of Phulbari. Everybody accepted his proposal and the second floor of the building was build in the traditional style. Mr. Puri re-designed the school building.

Having gone through lots of ups and downs, the dream of all citizens of Phulbari to have a school in their village was fulfilled. Now the children don't have to face the coldness of the winter, hot and sweaty summer, dropping water from the roof in rainy seasons (Previously school building situation was worse).

There is a saying - no matter how hard the task is when a work is done with noble reason and for the benefit of society, it will be successful. This has been proved by the newly build traditional styled Shree Mathurapati Secondary School, Phulbari.

On 2056 BC Bhadra 3, the school committee meeting held, members of the committee realised School - needs minimum of 12 rooms and properly build building for the efficient running of school. Regarding this with the income of school and donation received from different sector amounting Rs.3,70,000/- they decided to start building work. Engineer Mr. Binaya Shrestha freely prepared the map for the school building.
